COVID-19 CLEANLINESS PROGRAM

Although some circumstances have changed, our commitment towards the safety of our guests and team has not. Feel safe in the knowledge that we have taken all steps reasonably possible to ensure a safe stay whilst prioritising your experience. We aim to maintain our 100% guest feedback on cleanliness and ensure you have peace of mind throughout your stay. Here are just a few of the measures that have already been put in place:

 

Cleaning
We have enhanced our cleaning procedures to ensure they are in accordance with UKHA covid19 secure standards and government guidelines. Particular attention will be paid to the public areas and high touch surfaces with hourly checks in place. To adhere to physical distancing measures, we will not be offering a remake service during your stay, should you need any fresh linen please contact our reception team directly. A sanitising point will be located at reception.

 

Physical Distancing
To adhere to physical distancing, new exits will be signposted and will be via the fire exits at the front of the hotel (either side of our main entrance.) Our reception layout will be altered to ensure that our team and guests can physically distance.

 

Breakfast and Other Measures
Under the latest government guidelines for COVID-19, hospitality sectors are not allowed to serve buffet breakfast at the moment, hence we offer a complimentary Grab & Go Breakfast. We will be operating a minimised contact between staff and guests throughout your stay. All of our team members will have daily health and temperature checks before travelling to work.
